We are very proud of all of the candidates! What a fantastic group of sixth graders we have this year! All the students were positive and encouraging to others, and the posters and videos were creative and entertaining. It is our hope that every student had a fun time running for office and will consider running again in the spring semester.

6TH GRADE CMM FOOTBALL PAYMENT 2019
Information and full payment must be submitted by August 19, 2019. The Medical Form must be printed, completed by a physician, and turned in to the CMM office by 3:00 PM, August 9, 2019. Players will not be allowed to practice if payment and information have not been submitted by the due dates. Your submission of information and payment is your electronic signature for the HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. The 6th Grade CMM Football fee of $200.00 covers SPAR fee, jersey, pants, socks, t-shirt, helmet decal, and other expenses. To download the medical form and make a payment use the following:
