BoxTops 4 Education

Picture
Please send Box Tops to your homeroom teacher by October 31, 2019. Traditional Box Tops clips are being phased out of production, but may continue to be found on many products throughout the store. You can still clip and send them to school.

Every valid Box Tops clip is worth 10¢ for your school. Make sure each one has a clearly visible product acronym and expiration date. * All valid Box Tops clips submitted per the Program Rules by a Coordinator(s) of (an) eligible, enrolled school(s) will be honored.

Eventually the Box Tops program will become digital-only. Participating brands are starting to change their packaging from a traditional Box Tops clip to the new Box Top label.

If you see this label, use the new Box Tops app to scan your receipt. Box Tops are still worth 10¢ each for your school. The app will find participating products  purchased at any store and instantly add cash to your school's earnings online.

Kroger Plus Card

Click here to go to website  If you shop at Kroger, make sure you have a Kroger Plus Shopper's card.  If you do not have a card you may obtain one from the Customer Service desk.   Go to the Kroger website, and create an account (this is not a credit card account).  Your account will need to be linked to your Kroger Plus Shopper's card.  If you already have an account, click on the Community tab, and then click on Community Rewards.  Here you may select the organization you would like to support.  CMM's number is 91249, or enter Caddo Middle Magnet's name.  Make sure to select CMM as your choice. Then, whenever you use your Kroger card, a portion of the money you spend will be donated to CMM.  Also, please go to www.elabelsforeducation.com , enter your Kroger Plus number, and select Caddo Middle Magnet as your school.  Each time you shop at Kroger with your card and purchase a participating Campbell’s product, 1 point will be donated to our Labels for Education account.

REMEMBER: You must renew EVERY year!! Last year 12 families participated and brought in $300.  Just imagine how much could be brought in if all of our CMM families participated.

My Coke Rewards

Picture
My Coke Rewards:  This is a program change.  Previously, when you donated your MCR to your school, the donation was in points to allow the school to “purchase” athletic and school supplies.  Now, when you donate MCR, you will be donation MONEY.  Each MCR (My Coke Rewards point) is equal to $.015.  That might not sound like much, but if everyone were to donate their points (instead of just throwing their bottle cap or carton away without inputting the codes found on the packaging), then this would certainly add up over time.  For example, each 12 count fridge box of Coke products is equal to 10 points times .015 which equals $.15.  There are 1,300 (?) students in the school.  If each of those students drank one 12 count fridge pack one time and input their one fridge pack points and donated the points to CMM, this would be (10 points times .015 times 1,300 equals) $195.00. Obviously, this won’t happen, but this example shows the potential of “free” money that is available to CMM that is probably going in your trash.  if you don’t have a My Coke Rewards account right now, please set one up at www.mycokerewards.com. and donate to CMM.

Kellogg' Family Rewards

Picture
Kelloggs Family Rewards:  This is also a program change that makes KFR much easier to use.  Previously, when you purchased Kelloggs, Keebler and now, Pringles products, you had to find a code inside the box and input that code in your KFR account.  Now, there are 3 options that make KFR a MUST!!! Please visit www.kelloggsfamilyrewards.com to set up an account.  The easy to use options will be explained in detail on the website, but they are 1) add your loyalty card (right now, they only have Albertsons in our area, but are adding more options all the time) and 2) upload your receipt via text, computer or smart phone.  Uploading your receipt via smartphone is INCREDIBLY easy!!!!!!!!!!!! Each product is worth points.  Once you have accumulated enough points, it’s super easy to donate them to CMM.  1,800 points are worth $1.00 and 8,000 points are worth $5.00.  That sound like a lot of points, but, for example, one can of Pringles chips is worth 80 points.  There are also lots of bonus opportunities to earn extra points.  Once again, this is FREE money that is going in your trash!!!!
